If you are inquiring about when an item will be back "In Stock” or available for ordering:

•  Please click on the blue "Click Here To Be Notified" located on the product page to receive an instant email when its available again.
  

We will NOT respond to “when will this be back in stock” email requests due to prioritizing time on fulfilling orders.

If you wish to inquire about the status of a current order:

• Please refer back to your order confirmation email as well as the “Estimated Shipping Timeline” provided on the applicable product page directly above the “Order Now” button in red text. 
  
• You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is complete and preparing to ship. (We have never missed a shipment and never will)

If you are inquiring whether our adapters will fit another brand other than the one specifically stated:

• Please refer to the FAQ section
  
• If your brand is not mentioned on the product description, then it is not designed for that brand and will not work without your own unsupported modifications. 

If there is a problem with your order, missing hardware, a damaged item, or a custom project idea:

While we love talking to customers, unnecessary emails take away our severely limited time that’s dedicated to completing orders.

We respond to emails Monday-Friday (normal working days) and typically take within 2-3 business days pending current workload.
