Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning unused with no signs of damage or markings for use/misuse, and in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. You’ll also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase if requested.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@vendettastrengthandathletics.com and provide detailed pictures of your claim. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon depending on the circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item from what you purchased so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like larger items (ex. jammer arms and larger) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, scratch & dent items, or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please carefully read the product description to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size, version, and/or color before finalizing your purchase. If you are unsure what item fits your needs then please contact us.

Once shipped, all exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. 

The fastest way to get the correct item that you intended to order is to initiate a return request for the incorrect item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, inspected, and refunded then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged exchanges or exchanges that show clear signs of use will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days to show up while your bank or credit card company process and post the refund.
