Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. 

International orders do NOT included Taxes, Duties, and/or Customs fees. The buyer is responsible for these fees upon delivery. 

Since we are a small business our lead times to build and ship are a little longer. We keep minimal overhead and we do not typically keep items in stock. Instead, we build everything made to order one by one. But don't worry though because we won't forget about you, and if at any time you become concerned about your order please do not hesitate to contact us for an update. 

You will receive an email confirmation automatically immediately upon purchase that your order has been received, another when your shipping label has been created and the item is preparing to ship, and a final email when it is on its way to your doorstep.

We do our absolute best to diligently package every part and product to prevent damage during shipping. We take pride in everything we build and absolutely hate seeing it become damaged. Unfortunately, once we hand it over to the shipping company it is out of our control after that point and some of our items are heavy/awkward. Because of this, if the product arrives severely damaged or missing parts please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can assess the damage and do our best to make it right. Minor cosmetic damage like scuffs and scratches are common and do not affect the functionality of the equipment, but if you still feel like it is a concern please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
