Our 180° MULTI-MOUNT accepts any 3x3 tube with a 5/8" pivot hole, creating a perfect platform for your DIY ideas.

Create a DIY jammer arm, belt squat, mini-arm, leg-extension, calf raise, variable weight curve-arm, leg holder, etc. 

The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
